The Reserve at Meadowmont is a multi-family renovation project in Chapel Hill, NC. This is the second project for the client that I was able to take from concept through drawings as the lead designer.

With quite a mixed demographic, we leaned into traditional design elements, high contrast, refined details, and made sure to include nods to the heritage oaks beloved by the residents.

In collaboration with the small team, I helped create two concepts, designed the amenity space, including material selection, preliminary FF&E, and custom casework, modeled the design in sketchup, and rendered it in Enscape. I then took the design through the construction document set in Revit.
