Flats at Inverness

A multi-family renovation project just outside Denver, CO, and the first project I got to take from concept through cds for this client. This project is near and dear to my heart.

Below you will see the concept options provided to the client in the SD phase and the chosen concept taken through the DD phase with some details from CDs. I modeled in Sketchup, rendered in Enscape, and drafted in AutoCAD.

We collaborated heavily with the architectural and structural teams to bring this project to life. I worked hand in hand with reps to get the perfect materials, like the custom end grain wood floor, the custom glazed breeze-block screening elements, and the perfect shade of blue roman clay. This project begins CA in early 2025.

Concept Options

Colorado Collective keeps it easy, breezy. Featuring roman clay, earthy browns and blues, and honest materials (hello beautiful end grain hardwood floors), this clubroom, co-work, & fitness renovation is relaxed and oh so Denver.

Casual Crastman is warm and inviting. Cherry woods are contrasted by sage-y stones, rhythm is created through repeating shapes- this design feels earthy, intimate, and a little bit funky.
