Alta Amberglen II is the second phase of the Alta Amberglen community being built in Hillsboro, OR. This phase includes 4 parcels, of which I was the lead designer on Parcel 1.

I specified the materials, the decorative lighting, designed the custom casework and lattice screening you see here in the mailroom, in collaboration with the team. I was a supporting drafter for the CD set from 50% to IFC on all four parcels. For the last eight months, I have been leading the CA effort as this project comes to life, making sure our design intent is carried through.

There are so many special moments that make this project really exciting - a bouldering wall, a sauna & spa, a speakeasy, and a karaoke room. Coordinating these items throughout CA has required digging into the details, a lot of problem solving, and wonderful moments of coordination and collaboration.
